At the initial consultation, Dr. Burgess will review your medical history, current concerns, priorities, and relevant existing data. Appropriate laboratory tests or other assessments will then be ordered to establish a useful starting point.

The consultation also helps determine which membership level fits the scope of care and degree of support you need.

Common questions

What to know before joining.

Does this replace my primary-care physician?

No. These memberships are designed to complement an established primary-care relationship. Continue routine, urgent, and comprehensive primary care with your PCP unless a separate arrangement is explicitly established.

Is GLP-1 treatment required?

No. GLP-1 medication is one possible tool for selected patients. It is neither required nor appropriate for everyone.

Are labs and medications included?

Single Thread laboratory testing and medications are billed separately. Complete Matrix includes a core laboratory panel every six months. Any additional or specialized testing recommended based on your history, symptoms, goals, or clinical findings—and all medications—is billed separately. Precision Partnership includes a customized laboratory panel drawn quarterly and select medications—including certain GLP-1 and hormone-replacement therapies—when medically indicated.
